HealthAid's Vitamin A 5000iu Capsules provide readily available Vitamin A for the body to use in the support of several processes. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, skin and mucous membranes. It also contributes to normal iron metabolism and normal function of the immune system. It is also important in the process of cell specialisation.
Indication:
- Adults and children over 12 years of age, one (1) capsule daily with food. Adults can take up to two (2) capsules daily if required.
- Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
Recommended Usage
- Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional
- Best taken in the morning with breakfast for optimal absorption
- Swallow whole with a full glass of water — do not crush or chew
- For best results, use consistently for at least 30 days
