EPO is a rich source of Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids, linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which the body can only get through diet or supplements. The body converts GLA to a hormone-like substance called Prostaglandin. This helps maintain the body's metabolism, to keep it functioning efficiently and effectively.
Fem-X Forte is the ideal supplement to help maintain healthy skin, flexible joints and all metabolic functions.
Indication:
- Adults and children over 6 years of age, one (1) capsule daily.
- Adults can increase the dose upto four (4) capsules daily if required.
- For children, capsules can also be pierced and the content taken orally or rubbed onto the skin.
- Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
Recommended Usage
- Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or as directed by your healthcare professional
- Best taken in the morning with breakfast for optimal absorption
- Swallow whole with a full glass of water — do not crush or chew
- For best results, use consistently for at least 30 days
